National Police Remembrance Day is the most significant day on our policing calendar, when we commemorate, reflect and remember police officers who have been killed or died on duty.
The 29th of September is significant across all Australian policing jurisdictions and across borders into the Southwest Pacific communities.
We also remember and honour colleagues whose deaths did not occur as a consequence of their duty, and their families who are part of our policing family.
