Earlier this week we sought public assistance to help us solve offences committed at a local primary school.
Officers from Bundaberg Child Protection Investigation Unit have investigated these matters, resulting in two young people being charged on February 18.
A 13-year-old boy has been charged with eight counts each of wilful damage and trespass.
A 14-year-old boy has been charged with three counts of wilful damage and four counts of trespass.
Both males have been dealt with under the provisions of The Youth Justice Act 1992.
Police are continuing investigations into other offences which have occurred at local schools.
Please keep watch for any suspicious behaviour or loitering and entering schools outside of school hours and report this to the 24 hour School Watch 131 788 hotline.
If you see or hear a crime happening right now, call Triple Zero (000).
