Going to Nana’s this Easter?

Easter is a very important time of the year, particularly for religion, family and friends – it is a time to embrace life.

For those of us who don’t live too far from work, the most time you’ll spend in the car is about 30 minutes each day.

This becomes problematic during holiday time, especially if Nana lives a fair distance away.

Remember to plan your trip because every decision you make behind the wheel, counts.

Remember to rest every two hours even if you don’t feel like it, stretch the legs and be patient with others.

And lastly, don’t leave the chocolate eggs in the hot car!

Fatigue is one of the Fatal Five factors and the decision to kick fatigue in the backside lies with you.

Road safety is everyone’s responsibility, but it starts with you.
