High end speed offence, Bundaberg

QP1600574971Not again – there’s been another excessive speed offence detected in Bundaberg.

Police detected a motorcyclist travelling at an alleged speed of 101km/hr in a 60km/hr zone at approximately 2:55pm along Hinkler Avenue/Don Tallon bridge on April 2.

A 60-year-old Bundaberg West man was issued a traffic infringement notice for $1099 and eight demerit points.

Please slow down and remind all motorists within your home and family to do the same.

Stick to the speed limit – limits are there to prevent avoidable deaths and serious injuries on our roads.
