Appeal for assistance, stolen equipment, Abercorn

Over the Anzac long weekend (April 23 to 26), a construction site located on the Bruce Highway at Three Moon Creek near Abercorn was broken into and equipment was stolen.

Police will allege that unknown person/s have used an implement to break into the office and storage containers.

The property stolen includes:

  • BOSCH hammer drill and bits
  • yellow power boards
  • 20L Jerry can with fuel
  • alcoholiser
  • GME UHF radios
  • Icom UHF radios
  • Uniden UHF radios with charger
  • Milwaukee temperature gun and charger
  • Saber 3.5K generator
  • Stihl leaf blower
  • Stihl weed trimmer
  • Top Con laser and dumpy level
  • Canon SLR camera
  • Nikon cameras

Local police are asking anyone who may have driven through the construction area between April 23 and April 26 who may have observed anything suspicious or may have dashcam footage to please contact police.

Police would also like the community to keep an eye out on social media for person/s selling multiple pieces of equipment matching the list above.
