Over the next few days as we count down to Christmas Day, we will be sharing safety messages from some special people in our Bundaberg community for the Christmas and New Year period.
Yesterday, we were lucky enough to chat with brothers, Byron and Lennox before they checked out the awesome Christmas lights display around Bundaberg.
With school holidays in full swing, Byron and Lennox said they have also been enjoying the outdoors riding their bikes and scooters to the beach.
“We want to remind everyone to drive slow around the Christmas lights displays as there are lots of people walking on the streets,” Byron said.
“We also want drivers to look out for children riding their scooters and bicycles near the road,” Lennox said.
