It’s the end of another school term and time out for thousands of students and their teachers.
While they are all taking a well-earned break, can we please ask you to keep a watch over our schools.
If you live near a school or regularly travel past, we ask you to look, listen and report anything suspicious to the 24-hour School Watch hotline on 13 17 88 or call police.
Remember that no one should be on school grounds during the holidays without authorisation – this is trespassing.
School Watch is a joint partnership between Education Queensland, the Queensland Police Service and the State Government Protective Security Service.
If you do witness any suspicious activity please do not intervene and put yourself at risk.
