Last week was National Volunteers Week, so it was the perfect time for interviews to be held at Bundaberg Police Station for Volunteers in Policing applicants.
This week we welcomed four new VIP’s to join us at Bundaberg Patrol Group.
VIP’s bring a range of experience, skills, personal qualities and the willingness to contribute their time voluntarily.
In return, the QPS provides a new insight into policing local communities, opportunities to contribute and be involved, new skills, knowledge and an increased awareness of our communities and for those who have retired, a chance to remain active and social.
Thank you to all our VIPs who have assisted us over the past year and enhanced the police work performed in a variety of policing areas across the Bundaberg Patrol Group.
